The Moment - What, in my experience, wanted me to change the convention world.

I think for me, I just thought there was a better way for every child. I think that what the convention world is doing and gears towards one child, the exceptional child.

They want to be a professional dancer. I want to help every kid. I think dance does that. I can help every child in the room. I can educate every kid in the room, and I can help guide them, see them, meet them where they are, and take them to their next step.
